Pébéo Marbling Paint Emerald Green
Pébéo marbling paints are water-based decorative paints specially developed for use on a thickened liquid (carrageenan or other thickeners).
The paints are not applied to normal water but are dropped onto a prepared, thickened liquid surface. On the surface, the colors spread, are shaped using needles or similar tools, and then transferred onto paper or other materials.
