This 26-piece complete paper marbling set includes the essential materials required for traditional paper marbling. The set is suitable for anyone who wants to learn the marbling technique, create their own artworks, produce decorative marbled papers or use them for bookbinding, notebooks and book covers. The technique is also widely known as Ebru.
The set includes a large B3 marbling tray, 16 ready-to-use marbling colors (30 ml each), various marbling tools, a thickening agent and special marbling paper. This allows beginners and experienced artists to start working with paper marbling immediately.
B3 marbling tray and practical design
The tray included in the set measures approximately 35.5 × 50.5 cm and is designed specifically for B3 marbling paper (approx. 35 × 50 cm). The paper fits comfortably into the tray without unnecessary empty space at the edges. The tray is made of lightweight yet durable plastic and is easy to carry.
The front edge of the tray also features a stripping wire. When lifting the paper from the tray, excess thickened water is removed using this wire and flows back into the tray. This allows the paper to dry faster while leaving a thin layer of the thickened water on the colors. This layer forms a natural protective film that helps stabilize the patterns on the surface.
Applying the colors and marbling techniques
The ready-to-use marbling colors come in pipette bottles. The colors can be dropped onto the water surface or applied using the sprinkling brushes included in the set. Sprinkling paint with a brush is a traditional and highly effective method, especially when creating classic Battal marbling patterns.
The tools included in the set such as stylus, comb, paint spreader and brushes can be used for both traditional marbling patterns and different paper marbling techniques. The set is particularly suitable for Battal marbling, comb patterns and large surface marbling designs.
Colors and set contents
The colors included in the set are: yellow, dark yellow, orange, red, magenta, burgundy, green, grass green, purple, blue, light blue, turquoise, navy blue, brown, black and white. Depending on production batches, slight color variations may occasionally occur.

Important usage information
